Dr. Palter is internationally recognized as a leader and innovator in the field of fertility treatment and IVF, and a past president of the Society for Reproductive Surgeons (SRS) and board member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and former Clinic Chief of infertility at Yale. Dr. Palter has led the largest interactive educational series for fertility specialists. He also has treated over 15,000 infertile patients and taught over 100 invited lectureships/courses around the globe.
