Kimberly Siu

Kimberly oversees the Coalition for Metabolic Health’s day-to-day operations and manages member relations and events, providing the coordination and support essential to the organization’s growth. She brings experience in project management, nutrition science, public health, and strategic communications, with a focus on managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Previously, Kimberly was a Senior Account Executive at FoodMinds, where she developed high-impact nutrition and health strategies for global food and beverage stakeholders and managed cross-functional programs. She also served as a Healthcare Research Consultant at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she advised on metabolic syndrome research and collaborated with multidisciplinary clinical teams on peer-reviewed publications focused on nutrition, physical activity, and cancer care.

Kimberly holds a M.P.H. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Washington and a B.S. in Human Physiology from Boston University. She is also certified in Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Lean Principles in Healthcare.
